Waterstone Park near Bluewater, North Kent, is a new residential community comprising both apartments and houses, set in landscaped parkland. Originally a Copthorn Homes development, it retains the characteristics of its heritage: youth, energy, vibrancy and a strong sense of aspirational "joi de vivre".

Our challenge was to present the development, through the hoarding, signage and marketing complex in a manner which reflects that.
